I’m Darrien Schleifer — a digital media student at the University of Central Florida with a passion for blending design and technology to create functional, visually engaging digital experiences.

My journey started when I was 13, inspired by gaming content creators. I became fascinated by how strong branding could make someone look professional and memorable. That curiosity led me to design my own visuals and sparked a passion that’s only grown over the years. By the time I entered college, I knew I wanted to pursue something that allowed me to combine creativity, design, and tech — which led me to digital media.

Today, I’m especially drawn to UI/UX design and front-end development. I love the challenge of creating clean, intuitive interfaces that not only look great but work seamlessly. My goal is to turn ideas into interactive, thoughtful experiences — what I like to call functional art. While studying, I consistently work on personal projects, explore tools like React and Framer, and push myself to learn beyond the classroom — something I take a lot of pride in.

Outside of design and development, I enjoy staying active — training in MMA, going to the gym, and playing basketball. I consider myself a versatile creator and an aspiring entrepreneur, driven to use creativity to build apps, websites, and digital solutions that make a positive impact.
